Written technical test first followed by a skype interview then the final face to face panel interview on a later date. I understand that they like that it is a casual clothing environment but for God sake..The guys interviewed me in boardshort and barefoot...that is a bit much, very unprofessional, borderline rude even on the Gold Coast Australia. They really try to sell the job with its casual attire policy but I won't be able to pay my bills from that... actual money offer was not good so I declined their offer for the second time.
