Interview
Initial over the phone interview, followed by an online programming assessment. Assessment questions have varying difficulty levels. Online assessment is then followed by a second programming assessment, which is discussed on the third interview with the team.

Interview
At first I was given an online code challenge , which consisted of 3 questions . We can choose programming language as our choice and should write solutions . I cleared this first and I was called for an interview at Gold coast . I was invited for on-person interview in the email but the entire interview panel was working from home . This was weird and made me nervous as they expected me to be in person . I felt like atleast the Hiring manager should have been in person when they asked me for in-person interview.

Fast process but felt so artificial. Especially when you get to the latter end. Such an outdated hiring process when it comes to knowing if you're a great fit and assessments are not what reflecting what everyday work should look like.
