Interview
Straight forward 3 stage interview process. I liked that they were quick with feedback (positive and negative). The whole process took only about 2 weeks. I wouldn't mind interviewing there again.

Interview
I completed three stages of the interview process.
The first was a brief screening call, which was fairly standard and focused on confirming qualifications and experience.
The second interview was a one-hour conversation focused on the role requirements and my experience. While the questions closely followed the job description, it was a positive discussion and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the position and team.
The final stage was a strategic interview with multiple stakeholders. The experience was more mixed. The conversation focused heavily on my previous employer's products, positioning, and value proposition, sometimes more so than my own experience and accomplishments. Given that my former company underwent multiple rebrands and organizational changes during my tenure, some of these questions were challenging to answer concisely.
There was also considerable discussion about freelance work I do outside of my full-time employment. While I understand employers want to ensure candidates can be successful in the role, I felt this topic received significant attention during the interview process. Candidates who maintain side projects or freelance work may want to be prepared to discuss how they balance those commitments alongside a full-time role.
Overall, I found parts of the process engaging and informative, while other aspects suggested that the company and I may have had different expectations regarding the role. Ultimately, I believe both sides concluded it was not the right fit, which is a valid outcome. I appreciated the time invested by everyone involved and wish the team continued success.

Standard phone screen, asked the generic question. Was over a teams call with camera on. Lasted the standard 30 mins, what I found strange is that they made you take a strange assesment targeted for sales role even though the role is not for sales
