I walked through a data driven example of how to solve a problem. I worked at a team that didn't have metrics for agile style projects, I designed a process flow to handle those projects and also designed metrics to track the count and performance of those projects. I talked about some of the KPI's that were implemented and how that helped the organization be effective.
