Resume reviewed for credentials, tests and experience. Phone call to attend a job fair. Job fair interview followed up by interviews with principal and staff at individual schools. District calls to give you information on schools interviewing for particular specialties. Call principal for interview. Attend interview with principal and other staff members. District calls back with job offers and interviewee chooses most appropriate offer.
