They took an interview online. Told me to draw some drawing views and asked me about myself and my work experience. Then the asked about Gd&T and some design question.

they conducted tool test , they conducted technical and they conducted face to face also if you know the basic design knowledge they will hire you. They are also looking for good communication skills
