Then you’re handed a “real-life” situation challenge, where you can actually showcase your experience as a CPM beyond a resume on a paper. Not only it provides the employee with a more accurate insight of your way of thinking and working, but it provides you as an applicant with insights as well of how the company works and how the day-to-day may look like.
Finally, you get a chance to have a chat with the CEO for an ever deeper insight of what the company is looking for in applicants, as well as the vision he has for the company.
