First interview with the TA Partner, followed by a take-home challenge. After passing the challenge, there is a technical interview, then a meeting with the CEO before they make a final decision.

After applying, I was invited to answer a few questions through a video-recording platform, which was very easy to use and allowed for retries. I then had an initial interview with the recruiter, followed by a paid assignment based on the role that took about three hours to complete. After that, I had a second interview with the Chief of Staff, and I’m currently waiting for feedback on the results.
