2 phone interviews, very quick. They asked about my prior experience and what I could potentially bring to the position. They were not hard questions and it was a flowing conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Designory (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was a very casual conversation. I felt like there was no formal interview process, but the people I talked to seemed extremely nice and outgoing. The only drawback was that it took a long time to hear back from them.
