Destinus Operations Manager interview questions

Very unprofessional, I was invited for 3 Interviews. First 2 interviews were logical but the 3rd interview was with very basic questions, Interviewer wasn't focused and had no idea what to ask. Never had so confused and unfocused interviewer in my whole life. Destinus is a start up and if they let unexperienced people conduct the interviews, wouldn't let them go further. Waste of time.
