1 st round was with Hiring manager, Basically walked through my past work, some SQL, python questions and ended with strengths and weaknesses, 2 nd round was with the whole team ( a case study of ticket scans), i have create a etl analysis and present tableau dashboard, the team was super friendly and eventually i didnt get in

Very easy initial interview ask for background and if you like football. Thought it went great then got ghosted even after reaching out to HR. Not sure how they decide who to move on since the questions don’t show qualifications at all. Disappointed.
