I got shortlisted and interviewed for WHH between Feb and March 2025. The process took around a month. I had a first interview with the area manager and the HR: long, competency-based and also with questions on my attitude/personality. I received an overview of the compensation package and benefits by email already before being given an offer. After the interview they asked my green light for reference checks, that they told me went very well. After a week or so, they told me that the process would take longer than expected, and finally set up a last interview with the leader of the staff unit (??)... This person was visibly not trying her best to make me feel at ease, asking super general questions, not proving any more detail about the role or the organization and generally unpleasant to talk to. I was finally not selected. Overall, the process was conducted in a decent manner, I appreciated that they sent me salary package details beforehand, but I found it quite strange that they did reference checks before taking their final decision over who the top candidate was.
