Dev.Pro interview questions

The first interview (30 minutes) was with the recruiter, where we discussed the position, responsibilities, and standard HR questions. The recruiter was very kind and respectful. The second interview was technical, with the guy asking several questions related to the position (.NET and C#, databases) – it was great, one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. I'm still waiting for an interview with the manager, but I'm receiving feedback, which is a good sign.

The first step was an interview with an HR guy representative, which was conducted very well. The interviewer was polite, nice and respectful. Unfortunately, the second round, the technical interview, was a very negative experience. The interviewer seemed unprepared, asked questions unrelated to the job description, and behaved in an unprofessional manner. During the call, she was laughing and talking to other people in the office. I recommend that the company review more carefully who is assigned to conduct technical interviews. I have seen other reviews mentioning similar behavior, and this may cause the company to lose strong candidates.
