The process was not well defined and planned out. The interview solely focused on the technical aspect with little or no behavioural skills evaluation. I was very demotivated and dissatisfied.

Interview
The process has changed now as I had my interviews in May 2015. They consisted on the following steps:
1) Multiple choice questionnaire. This was done online in 30 minutes approx asking very general questions about software development and management.
2) Development Practical Test. Consisted on developing a system in less than 48 hours. I did it over the weekend. They gave a lot of importance to the code coverage, unit tests and code quality.
3) Management Practical Test. Build a plan for a developing a proposed application with a specific number of resources. The task breakdown should be done up to day level making sure the dependencies were handled. A lot of importance was given to having a definition of done for each task.
4) Skype interview with hiring manager.
