1. Technical knowledge test - MCQ (30min)
2. Java coding 2 qns (30+30min)
After that , a person who doesnt know to communicate well will come and ask you some questions and at the end he will say, you have done a great job.
Summary:
They will mostly select Girls with higher grades on paper and they simply just dont look on talents.
