I was very comfortable in all steps of the interview. It looked more like a conversation between engineers than an interview. Devo's interviewers were interested to show how interesting would be to work with them and I really liked the experience. After the offer, I asked the recruiter to have a conversation with my future manager to understand my responsibilities. They liked my suggestion and I had a final interview with my future manager, again, in a very fluid and comfortable talk. I took my time to decide and Devo never pushed to decide and after talking that I would stay in my current company (I had a counter offer), they were very very nice and kept the door opened for the future.
