Interview
It was 4 level interview. Very professionally conducted. It started with Skype with head office HR, then 2 rounds of Personal and final with the Global Director. Overall ,it was very well structured.

More of Interpersonal and gauging the depth of the subject on current assignment. The people at that side of table were Pro and they did their homework.
