Over the phone interview, then in person. I’m person interview lasted approximately 5 mins with one of the interviewers who seemed disinterested. The other interviewer who was supposed to be a part of the interview process took one look at me & told her colleague that she was “going to pass on the scheduled interview with me because she had too much work to do!”

1. Tell me about yourself? 2. Which paralegal team would you prefer working on? Those were the only 2 questions asked before I was told HR would follow up with me to send background check information & I would be scheduled to interview again with the same person that “didn’t have time” that day. Only to have the HR representative contact me recently asking me to apply if I’m interested or if I knew of anyone who might be.

Short and sweet, both a phone interview and in-person, depending on the role. Very concise with questions, looking for people who value themselves and place value in their work, as well.
