Despite the initial greeting, the overall experience with the Principal Consultants was not good. There was a lot of ego from their side. Even when they were clearly incorrect, their reluctance to admit mistakes was a significant red flag. The manager round was pretty bad too. The Manager exhibited a notably negative demeanor and seemed uncomfortable throughout the interaction which felt a clear disconnection, as the Manager struggled to engage.
His lack of rapport and the overall negative tone have reflected underlying issues within his management style, which could be concerning for a prospective employee.
