      Operations Manager Interview

      Interview

I was most disappointed about the lack of professionalism in letting me know whether I got the job or not. I never got a call or email telling me I didn’t get the position, and instead was left indefinitely hanging. I was told when I was leaving the interview that I would hear back within a week. I followed up multiple times by email, which were all ignored. I would have appreciated even a generic rejection email. It left a sour taste in my mouth about the company that they didn’t respect their candidates time enough to follow up, after I invested hours interviewing with them. Just rude.
