I interviewed at Diabetes UK (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
It included a written task, writing an email and then a panel interview with two people. Interview questions weren’t hard I think I answered well but didn’t get an offer, it was a hybrid role
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1- How would your manager describe you?
2- what are your strengths and challenges?
3- give an example of bad customer service and how you would change that
4- how does your experience align with this role and why should we hire you
5- give us an example of when you dealt with a frustrated customer
6- how will you speak empathetically to a customer who’s distressed and manage your own wellbeing alongside this role.
Very metric oriented, trying to sell me the idea of scare tactics on a "Remission" campaign - T2D people whose blood glucose goes back within the normal range are in "remission", like cancer patients. Crazy hyper caffeinated manager, the lady with T1D interviewing me was lovely though.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Diabetes UK (London, England) in Nov 2021

Diabetes Uk interview process involved two interviews. The first was conducted with two interviewers, hiring manager and HR rep, and took place as a zoom meeting. Was then invited for a second interview with the same hiring manager and one person from the team, again this took place over zoom
