Interview
It was an Assessment day which was full on from beginning to end. You were split into two groups the party at the assessment was 10. You then had to work in groups of 5 on case studies whilst 10 managers assessed you (No Pressure!!!).
The assignments were set in the future i suppose to see how innovative you could be.
The assessment lasted the full day and then they got back to me about a week later with the results.

it was an online video interview interview that lasted 25. minutes for me on the HireVue website. It was 6 questions broken into 3 categories. It showed a question on the screen and I then had 30 seconds to prepare. The last question was a case study analysis

Interview
Initial stages were easy with an online application and a situational judgement test. But the assessment centre though conducted in a 'contemporary manner' failed to showcase everyone's talents. Interesting assessment centre but they took two weeks to provide me with their verdict. The feedback for the assessment centre was minimal with 2 negatives and 2 positives. This was delivered by someone who hadn't overseen the assessment, therefore felt very impersonal. They finally did not reimburse for travel expenses at all. Though I chased after it for over 5 months.
