I applied online and did online assessment. Still waiting for a face to face interview invite. The assessments are fair but challenging as well. They are also timed but with the right preparation, you can easily ace them

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Diageo (Fortaleza, Ceará)
Interview
There was an initial video interview which lasted around 30 minutes. It began with 4 questions with 30 seconds to prepare for each and then either a one minute or two minute answer expected. It then moved onto a case study where you had to provide recommendations on launching a new spirit in the US.
