They suck you in and sell the company to you during the interview process, but then reality hits you in the face after you join. It's not the place they tell you it is. Because they have frequest layoff and re-orgs, people are always on edge, fearing they might be the next one to get let go.

There were two rounds, it was the walk-in interview. It took almost a complete day. But the process was little difficult. It was overall a very good experience. One round was done on VC in the office only.
