3 step clearend, each step has a 1 month waiting period. Phone call with sanity chek gate keeper, team interview with a few questions from each team member, cultural fit check, manager interview, and finaly the hr boss interview and negotiation if everything else goes well

Four rounds with at least 3 pairs of interviewers per round. Most of the interviewers were not in the same department I was applying for. Standard questions about project/work experience with a few problem solving questions and one round of technical software questions.
