Perguntas invasivas muito pessoais como se tenho filhos ou sou casada acho que isso não deveria ser pauta a entrevista foi difícil mas no geral eu gostei. Acho que o mais importante é conseguir a vaga.

3 stages - initial screening, peer group, senior leadership. The initial screening was fun because it included a test for analytical thinking. The second phase included the manager of the department and a peer analyst. They role played various scenarios to get a feel of how I would be able to think critically and elucidate clear requirements and negotiate compromises. The final interview dealt with questions around culture fit, ambitions, and expectations.
