A 30-word sentence is quite long and should be used sparingly to avoid monotony. Varying sentence length is key to engaging writing. While 15-20 words is a more typical sentence length, shorter sentences can be impactful.
Straightforward senior manager interview. Took approx 30 minutes. Invited back for second interview , asked more detailed questions then offered job week later. Second interview was approx. 1 hr conducted by 3 different staffers
