Question 1
What do you bring to the table as a Market Research Analyst?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Didion Milling (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very long interview process where I wouldn't hear anything for a week or two and then get a follow up. I was scheduled to speak with the CFO, who was such a pleasure to speak with, followed by a meet & greet interview with the team. During and after that interview, they asked me to send availability for an on-site interview. I also received kind messages on LinkedIn showing that the manager thought I was a fit. Then I was suddenly ghosted. I sent over my availability to visit the facility, and in my email I asked about the requirements to work in the office. I was told that it was fully remote but that I might need to go in a few times a year. During that final interview, however, it sounded like the requirement might be more frequent. I'm not sure if asking the question made them realize I wouldn't be a fit, but I was disappointed to go so far into the process and then be ghosted.
