The interview process was lengthy. The manager had doubts about my ability to perform sales wise because I did not have experience in retail. At the time, I considered this offensive because I had plenty of experience is customer service. Decision was based heavily on my appearance and style. Without a recommendation from a previous employee, I'm not sure if they would have hired me. I turned out to be an excellent seller.

In person at retail store
Fill out a form and then go to the back to talk with manager. Relatively basic questions such as why you wanna work there, your experience, what makes you good at retail, some fashion questions and what else you have to offer.
The interview process consists of two face-to-face sessions, each conducted separately by two different managers. Pretty simple. 1 round asked me about myself and my favorite thing about diesel. I brought a print out of my resume which I think helped. Also part of the interview was in Spanish so if you say you’re bilingual be prepared
