First we had a group interview and then we had a skills activity with blocks as a group and then after they left the room they called out about seven names if they called you that means they wanted to talk to you more and if they didn't I guess they didn't want you or they would get back to you but after they called my name I spoke to the GM of one of the stores and she hired me right then and there asked about my availability where have I worked before and what can I bring to the company honestly they're just looking for Happy People who know about food and who enjoy the culinary environment
