Apply the job online such as jobstreet website. The 3rd party agency will call you within two weeks for phone interview. Then, go to HQ to meet the HR department and submit the required form and documents to them. Have to pass the mathematic test and simple assessment . Afterward,one to one interview with the customer service manager. Agency will inform you the result within two days.
