I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Digicel in May 2018
Interview
Interview process was straightforward - soft skills interview followed by heavily technical interview. Questions were not designed to confuse or 'trip-up' candidates - instead, the questions seemed focused on the interviewers obtaining a better view of candidates' thought process, experience in the field, and problem solving capabilities.

Question 1
How would you manage conflicting priorities across multiple projects involving multiple vendors/contractors across multiple countries?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Digicel (Kingston) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was a wonderful session. There were 2 interview sessions and a test on an actual project. This was an actual scenario of an organization who had to roll out a complete unified communications solution over a period of 4 weeks.
