Interview
The phone interview and in-person interview were with the CEO. She asked good questions so I felt that this was a serious role. But the call was a bit off putting as she sighed between questions and sounded rushed. The in-person interview was unorganized - the CEO provided a place to meet but no contact information other than her email. She showed up about 30 min late with no communication or explanation. Without proper communication it was also awkward and difficult to find her when she did arrive. I thought it was an odd way to run an interview but not a big deal. However, her lack of communication and rushed-disposition unfortunately continued into my employment.

Question 1
Other than typical interview questions, additional questions revolved around familiarity and experience with LVT, your experience or thoughts on new developments in marketing platforms (like Google ads, if that is your area of specialty). Any difficulties you've experienced with ad platforms, marketing KPIs or goals, and how you'd strategize. The initial phone interview was with the CEO about skills and qualifications. Next, there is a zoom interview for about an hour and a half with three different employees, one at a time, that goes over regular, general interview questions. Lastly, there is an in-person interview with the CEO about remaining questions and salary.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews with managers and the CEO (I believe it was 4 rounds total). CEO was late to the call. Seemed disorganized, needed to reschedule other interviews more than once. Classic behavioral questions and hypotheticals. Quiz on marketing terms .
