Interview process was disappointing.
After a positive initial round, I was asked to complete a detailed assignment that required significant time and effort. The process was presented as structured and time-sensitive, and I delivered within the timeline.
Despite this, the final decision was based on minor issues identified on my LinkedIn profile rather than the quality of the assignment or the discussion itself. For a role that involved strategic thinking and brand work, the evaluation criteria felt misaligned with the effort expected from candidates.
While feedback was shared, rejecting a candidate at this stage based on small profile-level details raises concerns about how candidate work is assessed and prioritized.
Candidates should be aware that the process may involve high effort with evaluation criteria that are not clearly aligned with the assessment itself.
