Thorough and thoughtful in nature. Important information gathering on both sides. Began with phone screen with recruiter. Then phone interview with Hiring Manager and peer position level. Then one-on-one & group interviews on site with hiring manager, VP, and operations personnel. Then group interview presentation & individual interviews with entire team.
