Recruiter from their UK team reached out via email to me here in the US. Pretty standard phone screen from there, although due to the time zone differences, call was very early in the morning (PST). Half way through the process, a second Recruiter reached out, this time from the US-market - he had no idea I was already talking to his colleague. I don't think he did any work whatsoever. He never prepped me for interviews, and was hard to reach; he seemed checked out honestly. When I was able to connect with him, he made it sound like I was getting excellent feedback from various panel interviews, and it sounded like an offer was imminent. Once I got through the confusing internal recruiting team, I had five separate Zoom interviews with different Team Leads and Executive/Management. The feedback was excellent from those conversations. After multiple follow ups on my behalf, they totally ghosted me. Very unprofessional experience, and overall very strange vibes from everyone now that I look back.

Easy, straight forward and quick. There were only 3 stages and feedback was delivered very quickly. One of the stages was a case study where I had to pick a client and do a pitch for them including a pitch deck.
