      Customer Care Advocate Interview

      3 Jan 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DigitalMarketer (Austin, TX) in Oct 2016

      Interview

They do a phone interview, followed by two sit down interviews. You interview with someone from HR and the manager. Following interview, you are with previous HR rep and Director of department. Very laid back and open. Just be yourself and you will be fine!

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DigitalMarketer (Austin, TX) in Sept 2016

      Interview

The interview process started with the online application, then a phone interview from Sophia (one of the sweetest and most genuine people ever), then an in-person meeting with Sophia. Next, there was a meeting with Sophia and the department manager, and finally, a meeting with the department manager and the Head of the entire department. The whole company does a great job of making sure that you feel welcome, even for the interview. Now that I work with the people that interviewed me, I know that they are also incredibly genuine, transparent, and capable leaders that make it easy to come to work everyday. The interview process can be long, but I promise that if they keep calling you back, it is WORTH IT. Honestly, I cannot imagine working for a better company with better leaders.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What are your goals for the future? How do you see DigitalMarketer fitting in with those goals? (This question seems like it comes from a place of true curiosity because they actually do care about their team and want to make sure that they are able to actually provide the type of environment that new employees are looking for).
