the interview process was fine, it was in depth enough without being too much. there was no room to negotiate the offer (so i was told) however, it was a large pay raise so i was fine with it.
Had two interviews. An initial call with the company recruiter and a second call by video with the project manager of the team. I was told by the recruiter that they would be in touch shortly after the second interview but it has been over two months and I never heard back.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Digitas (New York, NY)

first-round interview screener. very nice recruiter. quickly realized that though it was a similar role it would be a big step back in responsibility. Talked about other positions but wasn't a fit right now

4 rounds of interview- HR> Account Manager> Account Director> Vice President and lastly, a brief call with the COO. This was spread across 2 weeks and 1 week post all interviews for onboarding
