I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas in Jul 2009
Interview
Telephone interview followed by in office interview 1 week later. In office interview consisted of meeting with four different people one on one and one additional telephone interview with someone in remote office. Each of the four one on one interviews had a different format. One person did a general "What's your background" kind of interview. The next person asked a series of behavioral questions, the third and fourth person asked very specific business case questions. Everyone appeared laid back and easy going except for the final interviewer. He lacked basic professional courtesy.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas
Interview
Was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter regarding a manager position. Agree to a call, and on the call the recruiter proceeds to tell me I’m under qualified for the position. Tried to persuade me to interview for a lower ranked position, I said I’m only interested in the manager role as that’s the role they reached out to me about. Recruiter agrees to go forward with interviews for the manager role, we go through multiple rounds of interviews, and in the end, they offer me a lower ranked position below the pay I was asking for. A waste of everyone’s time.
