Easy, ask more personal get to know you questions and the standard walk me through your resume stuff. They just want to see if you’re a good fit for their team culture
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Digitas
Interview
Had an initial 15-20 minute call with a recruiter where they asked me to discuss my experience and why I was interested in the role. They gave more information on the job including the client, the in-office policy, salary expectations, etc. From here they decide if they're going to pass you on to the hiring manager and move forward with the process. The next step was a 45-minute interview with two members of the team. After two weeks, the job was put on pause. After 1.5 months the job was reactivated and I was told I was getting an offer, I just had to confirm I was still available and interested, which I did. A week later, they told me the job had been offered to an internal candidate.
