Applied in November online/through a university, emailed to set up an HR phone screen (30 mins) in January, then invited to the Boston office for an in-person interview with 4 employees (30 mins each) in February. HR was very friendly throughout the entire process, but unfortunately kept pushing back the time (upwards of 5-6 times) I would get an answer due to budgeting, new business, and decision makers being located in another office. Overall the interviews were pleasant and mainly focused on behavioral questions as well as questions about my previous work experiences. I wish the entire process, which lasted from November until I got a decision mid-April, was condensed, but that is the nature of agencies when working out how much new business they will have months down the line. Although I wasn't given a position, which ended up being due to budgeting, Digitas still seems like a place where I would like to work in the future, and the employees and corporate culture radiated an awesome and fun environment. My only recommendation is that the length of this process should be disclosed from the start because I thought I would receive an answer months earlier.
