Interview
It was pretty standard. Some competency-based questions and then you are asked to complete a task after the interview. The task is an email you have to design and send to a prospect for one of the Diligent products. You have one hour to complete this assignment and send it back.

Screening interview with HR (about 30 minutes), basic questions, tell me about yourself
First round interview with 2 managers (about 1 hour), pretty standard as well, there was a mock cold call
Didn't make it past those two stages

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Diligent (New York, NY)

Very Straight Forward and the hiring team was very prepared and their questions were sharp. When I joined the org. it was exactly how it was described when interviewing and I enjoyed my time at Diligent !

Tell me about a time you overcame a sales objection and what was the result?
Took a while for them to organise the actual interview (kept being postponed) but once a date had been set it was relatively good. Got the impression that the interviewer was in a rush.
