You apply in the store. Then a 1st interview with a sales manager. If the first interview goes well, then you will have a 2nd interview with the Assistant manager

Question 1
In the first interview I was asked how good I was at suggestive selling. I wasn't sure how to answer as I only had to suggestive sell candy bars at my previous job.

Interview
Management is polite but It can be very intimidating and it is very much judges on your appearance and wether you have experience or are applying for multiple jobs at once. Multiple interviews and the training isnt very elaborate.
