I initially signed up for an interview at my university. It was a two part interview. I was then scheduled another interview with the district manager that went well. From there I was hired and have been enjoying much success throughout my career.
Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards

Interview
After introductions and light conversation you are asked about your work experience, customer service skills, personality traits, et cetera. Many of the hiring managers keep the interview process light and easy going.
