I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
Dillard's is the only company I've ever applied for where the manager texts, not calls, you to set up an interview. With their personal cell phone! I accepted the interview at first, but I couldn't get over how much of a red flag that was since it was not even 24 hours after I sent over my application. If they're too busy to call job candidates to come in for an interview, but apparently desperate for new employees, imagine how they'll treat you as an employee. So I reversed course and declined the interview. Based on other reviews across many cities, it seems like I dodged a bullet!

Question 1
How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
