Dillard's Women Shoes Sales Associate interview questions

Fairly simple and straight forward. They ask you about your previous work experience, also they are misleading about their positions and the possibility of great success. They feed you very outlandish success stories from other locations.

There was a range of questions mostly about my experience and how I dealt with other peoples personalities since this was a big issue at Dillards at the time. I applied on a computer at the store which took about 45 minutes then when I was called for the interview I was basically just told the rules of the job and was hired.
