Got the on campus interview through Handshake.com. Interviewed by HR. It was a 30-minute behavioral interview. Average difficulty for questions. Staff was nice and the whole interview was easy-going and comfortable.

Interview
First round occurred on my university campus and was relatively informal. Talked about my resume, a couple behaviorist questions and my experience abroad.
Next I was invited to Austin for a super day at Dimmensional. It consisted of four 30 min interviews. Each interview was conducted by two people, eight in total. Not very technical. Asked a lot about factor models, Fama-French 3 Factor model, market efficiency.

Interview
The overall process is to be two phone interviews (first screening by recruiter, then by team member) followed by the final round, which will be on-site in-person interview (Charlotte in my case).
For the first screening interview, most questions were from resume followups.
