Phone interview / video mostly base on work background and experiences.
Then second interview with district managers sort of a meet and greet.They were very friendly. They offer a lot of information about the company .

The person bothered to ask me questions and was unaware of my Resume.
Another manager from Virginia Beach followed the interview but asked no questions.
