After submitting an application online I was notified by email that my application was successful and that I am invited to partake in a telephone interview.
The Interiviewer was great; very friendly, polite and profesional.
The interview was competency based and asked of examples when dealing with difficult customer, when you've been set targets a to meet, when you've recieved good customer service and why was it good service

The interview process began with an online assessment, where I was required to answer a series of questions and record my responses on video. This was then followed by an in-person, face-to-face interview, providing an opportunity to further discuss my experience and suitability for the role.

Tell me about the time when you provided a good customer service

Interview
General chat followed by situational and competency questions and a short role play. Interview questions are based on the company's six core behaviours and the interviewee is expected to structure their answers taking these behaviours into account. The interview lasted just over an hour. The whole application process was very quick in my experience - from initial application to job offer in less than a week.
