Direct Results interview questions

Starts with a phone interview, then a group interview. My interview was a "normal interview." They asked about previous experience, why I want to intern there, and some strengths and weaknesses. I was supposed to interview with 3 employees, however, I only interviewed with 2. Overall smooth process.

The interview was done by telephone with the company's President. She was so kind with me as I wasn't fluent in English. The interview questions were perfectly in line with my expectations.
